The Office of Advancement Records has the overall responsibility of maintaining the database of alumni and other constituencies, the technical administration of the database, and the processing and acknowledgement of contributions to Loyola University New Orleans. The department’s mission is to insure the university’s ability to effectively communicate with alumni and other constituents, enabling the university to secure the resources required to fulfill its mission.

The product of this request should only be used for the specific purpose indicated on the form. The use of this list is strictly prohibited for any additional purpose unless approved by the Office of Institutional Advancement. Requests are typically processed in 10 days or less.
